Bewola Costablanca is a Family Run Real Estate Agency founded in the middle of the 90’s in Germany and acted in the past as traditional Overseas Property Agents offering Spanish Properties mainly to Customers from German speaking Countries.

After many years in the Industry we decided to go one step further and moved over to Spain in 2001 for Business and pleasure. We are a fully registered and legal Spanish Limted Company (SL) with our working office directly located at the famouse Saltlake in Torrevieja (Alicante).

Our radius of Work is normally the southern Costablanca +/- 100 km. Specially we are known for our strengh in the Vega Baja, Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and Murcia Area.

Today we are acting not only for New Potential Buyers and Home Owners who want to sell, we act also as Collaborators on behalf of different Spanish Banks for Reposession & Distressed Properties and Financial Solutions.

After more then 20 years experience in this Industry we have Happy Customers from all over the World but mainly from Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
